Junior was the dog that I didn't know I needed. Although I so wanted a copy of his father, Darius, I had no idea what this special liver boy had in store for me! My first home-bred litter. My first liver boy. My first Best Puppy in Specialty Sweepstakes winner. My first Specialty Winner's Dog winner. My first home-bred AKC Champion. My first home-bred AKC Grand Champion. My first International Champion. My first AKC Rally Champion. My first multi-year AKC Rally National qualifier/competitor. A multi-year DCA Obedience Top Spot placement. A multi-year DCA Agility Top Spot placement. A multi-year Dalmatian Club of America (DCA) Tri-Athlete Award winner. A multi-year High In Agility Trial Dalmatian. There was barely a sport this boy didn't compete in: Conformation, Obedience, Rally, Agility, Lure Coursing/CAT, Fast CAT, Canine Good Citizen, Trick Dog and Farm Dog. Anything I wanted to try, he was more than willing!
Although he is semi-retired, he still has some desire to work left in him and we now are now training/playing in Scent work as well as teaching daughter Shawna how to get used to the dog show life.
